1. Service Agreement
Peaceful Care Staffing provides professional nursing and support personnel to healthcare facilities and private clients. All service engagements are subject to availability and specific contractual agreements signed between Peaceful Care Staffing and the client.
2. Professional Standards
We ensure that all Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Health Care Aides (HCA) provided are duly certified, background-checked, and compliant with Alberta healthcare regulations. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment in accordance with OH&S standards.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for clinical excellence, Peaceful Care Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided, except where required by law. Liability is limited to the extent defined in the primary service contract.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Edmonton, Alberta.
